These are supplies for media preparation: distilled water, MS Media packet, agar, plant hormones, sugar, etc..

Agar powder can be purchased in 9 gram packets or in larger amounts.
MS Medium packet makes 1 liter of media. Using this is similar to making "jello".
Some media packets come with hormones or sucrose or agar included.
Transfer pipettes can be used to measure plant hormones or PPM.
This transfer pipet is graduated: it is marked at 0.25 ml, 0.5 ml, 0.75 ml and 1 ml. Sixty drops = 1 ml so 6 drops = 0.1 ml
Vinegar is used to lower the pH.
The pH of the media can be measured with a handheld pH meter............
